Corey Barnhill played a key role in the founding of Cardinal Foods, LLC and serves as the President/CEO. He brings the vision and strategy needed to move Cardinal Foods towards a united front within the food processing industry. He has worked for Morgan Stanley in New York and began his ventures within Agriculture with Harris-Crane Inc. Most notably, as President/CEO of Southeastern Grain Company, he has led the company to triple in size since its inception in 2010 with more growth in the horizon. Corey holds a BS in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Tripper Showell

Tripper Showell joined Cardinal Foods in August of 2018 as a Sales Consultant, bringing with him more that 30 years of sales experience. With 10 years of experience in the Frozen Vegetable Processing industry, his customer base included both National Industrial and Food Service Accounts. Tripper worked closely across departmental lines of Production, QA/QC, Repack, Inventory Management and Logistics. He uses this experience to deliver the best "Total Value" to Cardinal Foods customers by working hard to ensure that they receive products that are competitively priced and that deliver on time, with required documentation and proper follow up after the sale. With a passion for cooking, he can collaborate with you on innovation and product development.

David Ross

David Ross joined Cardinal Foods in late 2017 as Director of Sales, bringing more than 33 years of experience in the food industry. His knowledge spans from proteins to vegetables to fruits with numerous years of domestic sales to include food service, retail, industrial, USDA and Military sales. David has spent more than 20 years in the international arena encompassing all continents and looks to expand Cardinal Food’s reach overseas.

Linda Johnston

Linda serves as Quality Assurance Director for Cardinal Foods. Linda comes to Cardinal Foods with 40 years in the food safety arena with 14 of those years working with fruit for Ben and Jerrys and continued with Unilever where she partnered with ingredient suppliers to improve quality and service. Linda worked as The Quality Documentation Manger for Keurig before relocating to Wilmington, NC and joining Cardinal Foods in July of 2017. She has a Bachelors’ in Food Science from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Southern Illinois University. Linda is a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Manager of Quality/Operations Excellence and is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and ASQ.

Phillip S. Dunaway

Phillip Dunaway serves as a progressive Production/Distribution Manager. He has a 13 - year portfolio of delivering value to the frozen bakery industry. He has history of performance-based advancement and high level operations at Fortune and multimillion dollar corporations. He is Experienced in diversified manufacturing technology, equipment upgrades, and plant expansions. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy serving as the E-5/Electronic Warehouse Watch Officer. Phillip has received the A.I.B. superior rating, P/L accountability rating, and is proficient in all he does.

She is trustworthy, dependable and responsible. She is proficient is organizing files, developing spreadsheets, keeping up with quickbooks, and inventory.
